About

A whole career building trust at the tables of small businesses.

Kallyl Ribeiro, married and father of two, holds a degree in Economics and an MBA in Leadership, Team Management and Productivity. That's 20 years of experience in the financial sector, 13 of them at a major national bank and 7 at a cooperative financial institution, moving through roles as Teller, Administrative Manager, SMB Relationship Manager, General Manager and, finally, Regional Manager.

Along the way, he built deep expertise in people management, team development, strategic planning and budget control. Visiting clients across many sectors gave him a rare repertoire: a practical read of multiple market niches.

Connection Business Consulting is born from that accumulated experience. We exist to share knowledge and practice, foster exponential growth and strengthen clients and partners in a sustainable way.
